Someone please explain to me what is going on.
I just saw this used on two top 30 in the same match:
[skill]Expert's Dexterity[/skill][skill]Read The Wind[/skill][skill]Hunter's Shot[/skill][skill]Distracting Shot[/skill][skill]Sloth Hunter's Shot[/skill][skill]Savage Shot[/skill][skill]Antidote Signet[/skill][skill]Flesh of my Flesh[/skill]
On top of that, they both had a typical Incendiary/BA in the same party!

What do you think about
- I'm the strongest
- Apply Poison
- Splinter Weapon
- Incendiary Arrows
- Sloth hunter's shot (Or rez skill)
- Savage Shot
- Distracting Shot
- Antidote Signet
Expertise 8 + 1
Wildness Survival 9 + 1
Marskmanship 10+2+1
Channeling 9
Cast the first 3 skills and then incendiary arrows. Aoe degen damage

Defense, self-healing, interrupts, and cripple are all very nearly useless in PvE. Unless your running a full BHA build to shut down a particular boss, you are much better off bringing one or two Hero interrupters. Monk's can keep you alive better then you ever could yourself with Troll and some defensive stance with awful uptime. Cripple doesn't do any good in PvE.

I suppose there are some monsters dumb enough to stand there and let you kill them.

All monsters are dumb enough to do that.

The +2 Marksmanship sucks. using ED with bows sucks. Expert dexterity will be used on R/P and R/D bars, because near perma IAS on scythe and spear rangers is very deadly.

No.

I find it hard NOT to have good Emanagement on a ranger. Zealous Bow + Expertise = win.
I'm a PvE player though, and i doubt I've ever seen Energy Denial there.
As for the build, Dshot! And you never need shitz like Troll Unguent, I Herd Monks and N/Rts can heal
Whirling Defence owns though. Never leave home without it.

Whirling Defense is kinda weak. I'd use Lightning Reflexes because it has a smaller recharge and does something other than just block.
@Redvex: The arrow split on Incendiary is too unreliable in my opinion, and degen is very weak in PvE. That, and you should be hitting 10 spec on Splinter for the 4 hits breakpoint.

I usually play Splinter Barrage in both HM and NM, so i don't benefit much from IAS. And it's nice to have a 18 sec invincibility skill in case several of the the physical damage dealers target you.
As for the recharge, when I use it like twice during a vanquish, it doesn't really make a difference.

@Jackerdud: If you only use it twice, aren't you best off just removing it from your bar for something more useful?

I probably would be. But those 2 times could mean 2 less deaths.
